When I was younger, I could wear a menstrual cup like it was nothing but now it hurts every time

I use to wear a diva up on my periods and did so for 2 years. But now as of 2021, every time I wear one and try to take it off, it feels like it's painfully pulling on my cervix. When I finally get it to out, I feels like my insides have jostled and I feel nauseous and in a bit of pain until my insides go back to normal. I wanted to be eco-friendly but I really feel like my body can't handle the menstrual cups any more. I have tried different brands and just couldn't do it.
