Hello gals,

I have been using a saalt cup for a while now. I insert the cup and fee around and there is never any dents or anything. It almost always seals on the first try. However a few times now I have been sitting or standing and all the sudden I get this crazy amount of pressure in my vagina. It’s not painful but it does stop me in my tracks because it’s intense and bizarre lol. Anyways, since it sealed properly, is this just my cervix contracting and unsealing/shifting and then resealing itself? It’s been maybe 5 or 6 times that this has happened since I started using them all at year. Is this safe? Why does this happen?
