hey everyone hope ur well i recently tried a menstrual cup for the first time and it wasn’t the best experience. the first day i put it in i was worried about it going too far up. also it was super hard putting it in. it hurt and i was too tight for the cup. after a few hours i started leaking which is annoying bc people usually say u can go 12 hours without changing. on my second day it was worse. pulling out the cup hurt super bad and left me sore and in pain. not to mention making the cup pop was extremely difficult. i would leak often and change every 1-2 hours. pulling it out every time hurt super bad and each time i just pushed it out because it hurt putting my fingers up there. i’m a virgin and i don’t usually put anything up there so the cup was the first time i really ever put anything in. what am i doing wrong? i really want to like the cup bc i hate pads but it’s just not working out.
