This is my third cycle with my cup. It’s super comfortable but there are moments where it would get a dent or something when I sit in certain positions or my exercise does something to it. I do very light exercises for health reasons and I don’t think it would be enough to affect my cup. Maybe my muscles are a little strong? The cup would readjust itself after a few minutes and I’d just have a bit of leaking that looks more like the residual blood, but I don’t mind it too much. It’s way better than bleeding into a pad. I was thinking about getting the Saalt, is it really that firm? I think my current cup is a 2, and the Saalt is rated a 3 on PACII’s chart. I’m scared to try it. Is it good?
