I have been using a locally made menstrual cup for about a year now (I'm from the Philippines). I've tried their sizes (small and large), but it still leaks.
I make sure it is fully open by inserting my index finger all the way up to the rim, moving my finger around, and making sure my cervix is IN the cup. I feel my inside around and I know it is fully open.
Just about now, I had a leak and I'm on my 3rd day. I really love using cups since I don't have any icky feeling when I was using pads. But I'm really worried about the leaks. 🥺
Any insights? Tips? Or help on what I can do to avoid this? Thank you. 🥺
Ohhh!! I didn't think it would be caused by that. Since I thought the seal will not allow the blood to come out lol. Thank you for this! I might have to empty it often.

I cut off the stem, but yes. I feel resistance when I try to pull it down
