I’m a 48 y/o white male, 6’2 180-190 pounds. I used to be a lot heavier and lost 100 pounds due to diet changes. I am an alcoholic and was a very heavy drinker but quit drinking a year ago. I had a vasectomy 15 years ago.
I was married for 20 years and my wife and I had a healthy sexual relationship but it was casual and usually consisted of quickies.
Over the past several years I started a focus on my mental and physics health and have been taking Lisinopril, atorvistatin and recently started bupropion.
When my wife and I quit drinking, we stopped having sex. The two weren’t related in much more than timing and reason, with the reason being we both admitted we were alcoholics who needed to change. This ended with us getting divorced this past October. The last time we had sex was probably October 2022.
I moved out and still jerked frequently, sometimes twice a day.
And now…
I recently got a girlfriend who is every married man’s sexual fantasy. She loves it all the time. She wakes up and immediately wants to go down on me and wants sex all the time. She’s into EVERYTHING. I honestly hit the jackpot and every teenage boy’s wishlist of a girlfriend. On our third date we joined a swingers club because she wants to find another woman to have a 3some with.
This is not Reddit bragging, this is honestly real and it presents a problem: I now have a difficult time cumming. Maybe it’s because when we’re having sex we’ll pause constantly, talk for a little bit, and go on and off for hours. Or maybe it’s because I need longer to replenish. I don’t know and it’s more frustrating for her than me.
Sometimes I’ll dry-cum (which she can’t grasp). Other times I’ll try and try on myself and can’t.
In general, I like it because when I do blow my load I’m basically done for the day and she wants more. So by not cumming I can keep going.
But I’d like to be able to consistently finish. She wants it so she feels like she did a good job.
I started taking viagra so I have less issues staying hard.
Searching the internet is useless. All the results are scam supplements or ads for meds that I’m already taking. What else can I do?
