Men's Boots/Shoes that run big?

Greetings Gentleman. I have a quick question regarding boots. I have been looking for a Boot, preferably high top, that runs a larger than advertised. I have a size 13 foot, but it is a little bit wider than most size 13s, and therefore sometimes I opt for a 13.5 and/or a 14. My issue is that the best boots rarely run past 13. Can you fabulous men please help me out? My price range is anywhere from 80 dollars to about 175. Thanks!
