Let's suppose you make an IQ test and it measures some elements of your psyche: memory, spatial vision, vocabulary, pattern recognition... And you get a number.
How is that number exemplary of your capabilities that are outside of that measurement, or even the interplay of those cognitive elements?
In other worlds, you can have a dude with a very good vocabulary but be a mediocre writter; or with a strong pattern recognition but incapability to interpret his own observations and be lost on the observation of senseless patterns.
If the capacity to write a good book/poetry, create a nice song, be creative, to understand the psychological mechanisms in oneself and others; intelligence on one's sport, the capability to connect information and events in the world in a sensible way etc; Isn't taken into account, how can an IQ number be representative to where one, theoretically, is on an "Intelligence" percentile?
