Horny people exist. People who exist get horny. People who exist have features that make other people horny.
nobody cares if your OC is horny, gets horny, or makes horny. Well, not nobody. There's always someone who cares. Very few, though.
Usually people don't care until all your characters are horny characters, or if your character is unrealistically horny (eg, back-breaking T&A pose in skimpy outfit during a fight), or if you draw your OC horny despite the context being entirely non-horny.
There's such a thing as too much horny, and a feller ought to be aware.
