So, I visited my first nude beach this past summer '23. I was apprehensive to say the least for a few reasons that I'll share. I visited both Point Impossible as well as Sunny Side and prefer PM due to its ease of access as I live in the north west. Not taking anything away from Sunny Side, but I prefer the space that PM offers as well as the vibe, not mentioning that the water in my opinion clearer down towards Torquay.

So some of the reasons that compelled me to visit.

Firstly, I get a little bit of psoriasis and I've recently learnt that salt water and sun exposure is good to treat and lower the inflammation and can confirm it certainly helps. The problem with this is that I get it mostly on my upper ass cheek and side of my legs, so I can't exactly get sun exposure wearing shorts at a normal beach.

Secondly, I grew up in a strict household where nudity was seen as forbidden especially in public. I was always coached to cover when changing etc etc and the above also added a sense of embarrassment.

I basically wanted to visit purely for therapeutic reasons until I saw some 'sex on the beach" action which I didn't expect to see on my first visit to PM but knew it happened as I've read up about those that have visited on here.

I don't know how, why, but something shifted within me, I grew a set, took off my shorts and exited my tent, heart racing with fear, anxiety and the thought of being nude in front of others was soo difficult for me. I walked towards the water and along the short stroll, I felt absolutely liberated and at absolute peace within myself and nature. I felt like I took a weight off my shoulders which has haunted me for most of my life.

What am I looking for?

Long story short, I'm looking for a female who is in a similar situation and would like to join me who also feels this way about her first time. I am happy to connect now as we go into warmer months to develop a connection and so we can build some trust and of course exchange pictures and even meet for coffee etc.
