Anti hay fever items?

I live with my partner who has really severe hayfever. He has sleeping issues from that which wakes me up too. He is the person who has the most serious hay fever I’ve ever seen and probably for you as well. Is there any effective items you know? I really don’t want to comment about he should see a doctor. He’s been on medication for years, tried at least 4 treatments with 3 different doctors but hasn’t improved.
