I had a general inspection by real estate agent (Barry plant) today between 2-4pm. There is no choice for us to choose the date because apparently they do the inspection on a whole suburb in one day. They announced this info almost one month in advance then my partner and I cleaned and prepared for that. We felt not safe that someone enters our house when we’re not here so I took day off and waited from 2pm. They didn’t come and texted us it’s been cancelled at 3.45 pm!!!!! They did not tell us the reason until I asked and continued they want to do this inspection on the day they will choose(means they won’t give us the chance to choose the date again). This is bu11shi1t. They just hold me in a house for nothing. I’m relieved upset plus the property manager has been so rude. I’m wondering if and home and affairs have some rules to protect us.
