Visiting Melbourne for anniversary - things to do / places to eat as a vegetarian?

Pretty much the title! I'll be visiting Melbourne from Brisbane with my wife for our anniversary. The main reason we're going all that way is because we're also visiting the US embassy for a work visa interview.
I don't know Melbourne super well, but am after things to do and places to eat as a vegetarian, maybe for a nice anniversary dinner.
