Post Body

So long story short, my sister has a had a intermittent misfire with her car in December, mechanic charged over 7k to replace a bunch of components related to the issue. Issue has not been resolved. Took the car back last week charged another $300 to replace components that had already been replaced in December.

Issue still not resolved, what are my options here ? I'm going to speak to the mechanic tomorrow on her behalf.

I'm thinking he hasn't provided the service that was paid for, so the issue should be resolved with no further cost impost. Or a full refund, due to no resolution provided, If he fails to agree what can Consumer Law Vic do ? And what should I be quoting.

Any help would be much appreciated.
