Curly hair dresser recommendations

My partner is wanting a haircut but has more curly hair (not tight curls) and different curl patterns at the front of her head vs towards the back and doesn’t often go to the hairdresser so doesn’t know what to ask for or look for in a hairdresser. She was wondering if anyone had any recommendations of places to go and how much they tend to cost. Ideally she wants a dry cut and maybe advice on how to style it due to the different textures.
