Does anyone know the absolute fuckup why we have major freeways NOT allowing us to enter the Eastlink certain ways.
In short, travelling inbound to Melbourne on the Monash Freeway, as you approach the East Link Freeway overpassings - there is NO offramp to turn left and use the East Link to head outbound, to Frankston.
You can use an off ramp to turn right on the Eastlink to Ringwood, but not Frankston? WHY???
Same as being on the Eastlink, inbound to Melbourne... you can turn LEFT and head into Melborune - but NOT right to head outbound, say to Pakenham.
Travelling outbound/inbound from other directions - you can go ALL directions... but for some reason, they have denied this route... so getting outbound to Frankston from the South East suburbs is an absolute nightmare?
Any logstical ideas why they have actually done this?
EDIT: wow, reddit! Not sure what’s happened as I’ve asked a question, people messaging me calling me a miserable fuck, blocked and downvoted and this whole thing to turn to shit??? WTF?
