As per title, our real estate agent has ‘forgot’ to turn up to our house inspection after we cleared my partner and I cleared our calendars around it. She’s now requested for an alternative time next week my partner (who does Night Shift work) will be sleeping during that time.

Extremely annoying as we arranged plans and worked from home, cancelled meetings in anticipation of her coming at the time she suggested.

The same thing happened 6 months ago too, with them ‘forgetting’ it happened.

Do we have any rights here? Or should we just suck it up?
