How can I help my boyfriend?

My boyfriend is three weeks away from taking his Step 1, and I don’t know what I can do to care for him. We live about three states away, so there’s nothing I can do in-person, and even if I could he needs the time to study.
What can I do to provide support and comfort? Is there anything I could buy him online to lift his spirits? For those who took the Step 1, what was comforting to you when it came down to crunch time?
