From the rhythmic beat of a heart to the intricate network of veins and arteries, the cardiovascular system has always fascinated me. As someone with a background in computer science and computer engineering, I have spent years understanding the complexities of systems and algorithms. Yet, the human heart, with its remarkable precision and resilience, has captured my curiosity in a way that no other system has. This fascination has driven my ambition to pursue a career in medicine, specifically as a cardiologist.
