Blood Bank Question
Post Body

A coworker and I were discussing tube testing for antibody screening and they were saying that they would carry testing all the way through (IS, 37C incubation, AHG, and Check Cells) even if the immediate spin was positive. Am I missing something or do you actually stop screening that tube for antibodies once the immediate spin is positive?
