So I have issues with my enamel and I have some spaced out teeth. Whenever I eat a raw salad, the leaves are just immediately placed between my teeth from the first bite. Sometimes I have to stop and floss before I'm even done eating. What makes this worse is when grains are in the picture, and I can't stand quinoa for that reason (all the little pieces get everywhere). It takes a lot of work, effort and discipline to force myself to eat a salad, and 90% of the Mediterranean recipes I see are all bowls with greens and grains.
Has anyone found a workaround? Anyone with similar issues?
