Going broke on Medicare

I’m on disability and was on the marketplace insurance until I got a congratulations your accepted to Medicare letter. I thought great because I have lots of doctors appointments and prescriptions. $200 more per month for said insurance, in addition there’s the copays that mount up fast, and my prescriptions went way up and now are almost $400 more a month. Congratulations 🎉 Sorry about the rant but there has to be something better than this . Being on welfare and Medicaid is better off.
