Post Body

Hey guys...as I start to prepare for this years match season, i had a question that I was hoping any residents or 4th years who have recently match would provide.

How much of a say do residents have in terms of the resident selection process?

I ask this because I have below average scores and am counting on my work ethic/personality to give me a decent shot at a residency program. I'm going for Family Medicine and was thankfully able to secure audition rotations at sites I would want to be a resident at. Of course, Im going to bust my ass in each audition - but will my hard work go to waste if my scores are crappy?
