Hi,
Ive always had an issue with eating enough calories for the day, so while i was omnivore i would eat 3 eggs a day… at one point i used to eat 4 day because i did alot of lifting.
But going vegan when eveyrthing is low fat, a huge bowl of salad makes me full and its only 200cal. Cos of all the fibre Even with some mango dressing
Also i tried to eat 400cal of potatoes, which is roughly like one meal worth of calories for me (if doing 4 meals a day), but i could hardly finish one potato.
How do i make sure i can get enough calories cos my hunger ends even after i eat 200cal vegetables
