I had a recent breakup so my mood has been very depressive like couple of days like every time I think about him or have had a bad interaction with him by text it makes me depressed or angry over several days if not a week or more.
Are there any particular parts of the protocol that helped you? I also have anemia atm i think it doesnt help with the mood, already eating a lot of spirulina everyday. LW CJ I was feeling pretty good and happy before the interactions with him which became mentally draining even when I'm not speaking to him.
