Other people's cooking or eating outside occasionally: How strict are you?
Post Body

Just when I thought it could eat a beyondmeat hotdog at a social BBQ outside because it has no soy and gluten... Of course it has yeast extract. Every packaged food seems to have this now. And vinegar too.

If it's a one-off event, would you eat this? I actually want to maintain this diet as well as possible since it's positive for me, but social situations for me it's like, I do actually enjoy meals with others or even something small like a hotdog. The world is just not a very friendly place right now for avoiding YEAST EXTRACT since they put it into everything to give it "flavour".

It's depressing. It's like you know something is bad and now it's like how adamant am I to avoid it and stop eating with other people?
