Cat litter

I’m fairly certain I’m getting headaches related to my cat’s litter (and potentially the ammonia from the urine). Any recommendations on a litter that could help me out with this? It seems to get triggered every time I go near his litter box. I use Pretty Litter now which I thought was unscented.
