If I’ve been experiencing the heavy legs symptoms throughout most of my cleanse (especially that they’ve gotten worse after being much better at times), is that a sign that my body may need more fats (at least at dinner) to pace the cleanse more slowly?
I’ve read and have a decent understanding of what MM says about this. But would be helpful to hear how adding some healthy fats after lunch could help slow down my cleanse but actually help improve my symptoms in the process; hoping that’s possible!
