Demand for More Stable Community?

I’ve noticed the medical fetish community has been fairly unstable for the past year or so due to people reporting the subreddits: I believe this is the third subreddit in the past year. I was wondering if there was a more stable (and this populous) MedFet community somewhere else on the internet. If there isn’t, what might the demand be for such a website?
