Hi all. A little over a month ago I looped my dirt bike, and everything happened so quick I don't really know what happened. I went to the hospital afterwards because both thumbs were super painful and couldn't move them. They took x-rays said nothing was wrong and gave me muscle relaxers. Ive never taken meds but I did try them out, no pain relief at all on them. The pain subsided over a week, but now every time I squeeze my thumb, bend it a certain way, it hurts. If I bang it on something it feels just as bad as it did the day I wrecked. This really sucks because my work involves a lot of using my hands and lifting. I don't have medical insurance, so Im not sure what to do at this point. It's been a month and a half and all it takes is a slight bang and I'm in a ton of pain. It sucks because I feel like nobody believes me or they think I'm milking it. I guess my main question is what should I do at this point? Tylenol helps a little but the fact it's still here worries me. Is it worth the ludicrous bills to go get checked out again?
Eta; there are nothing visible on my hand. No bruising swelling or anything.
