Sharp foot pain and tender to the touch

Hello recently I (21M 6'2" 550lbs) have been experiencing some foot pain for about a week. The pain is sharp in nature and occurs when pressure is applied to the area (i.e. putting pressure on the foot, anything comes in contact with the area). The area in question is the is the inside of the left foot and arch of the foot. I feel some form of like lump or bump on the bone. Should I be concerned about this because I've tried topical pain cream, marijuana, and ibuprofen yet nothing works. (Area of pain is circled in the picture)
