I've had a blocked ear for a week n a bit + tinnitus, should I be concerned?

Pretty much what it says above, I blocked my ear through fault of my own and normally when that happens it unblocks itself after a few days, however this has persisted a week now, and I'm also getting a ringing in my ear which I've not had before
So, should I go to the GP or just wait some more? Thanks
