Dart Through My Heel

So I was playing darts and somehow my buddy threw a dart almost through my heel underneath my tendon. It’s been disinfected and wrapped up but I can barely walk. It is behind my Talus, if you know what that is, and it’s about halfway near the talus from where the back of my foot is. What do I need to do?
