Realistically... would you say memory foam pillows ever stop off-gassing?

I know all about the harmful effects of VOCs especially for children and babies who spend a long time in bed. But realistically, wouldn't you say even a pillow would eventually stop off-gassing or get to such a low level that is virtually harmless? For adults that is. I don't have kids.
