23 M, 5'7, 174lbs, white. I don't know what's going on and I can't seem get help, It's been 3ish months of:

• a lingering sick/bleh/fatigue/off feeling
• sleepy
• weight loss (started about 190-200 lbs and now at 174.4)
• increased thirst/peeing
• stringers when viewing far distance or extreme focusing
• I get hunger feelings even after I eat.
• a sense that my digestion has slowed down dramatically if I eat normal sized portions
• "fullness" in upper abdomen

I got tested for blood sugar/diabetes at the beginning and came back "negative". What?

Other blood tests show I have high cholesterol (221 mg/dl)... my liver's bilirubin is 1 small/abnormal...and I had ketone in urine at 3 (though I did try to follow a keto diet for a few weeks)

For meds: I take antidepressant 20mg Fluoxotine.

I don't drink, smoke or do drugs.
