Dizzy at Top of Stairs
Post Body

Hi Docs of Reddit,

So, I'm 25, male, 67kg, 5ft 8. I've lived a relatively sedentary lifestyle for the last 7 years and I'm only starting to properly exercise in the last year or two. I'm also asthmatic.

I've noticed for over a year now that when I climb stairs I can feel quite tired, and also get 'lightheaded' for a period of like 3-10 seconds once I reach the top. This is mainly in my apartment block which has around 60 stairs in total. I don't really have other symptoms. What is going on? I'm worried I have a heart condition or something like that.

Thanks all.
