God I swore I’d never post an issue involving my genitals but here we go

I have a problem With the left side of my scrotum in between my thigh and scrotum now I do keep my junk clean and dry but the left side gets really grimy and a strong foul odor that resembles vinegar not sure what the problem is. There’s no sign of infection and I keep neosporin on it just in case any ideas
