I’m a teenage girl, no smoking, history of drugs and vape, so many mental health diagnosis, and PANS/PANDAS
Whenever I wake up I have severe pain in my throat, and chest. I can’t talk or eat. Whenever I had this pain, I would cough and it would hurt so bad.
I decided to go to a clinic, they said it’s not flu or strep. I have a Viral Upper Respiratory Infection. I got 3 days out of school. But the fourth day, it was so so painful. I couldn’t talk all morning. And it hurts to eat. Is it supposed to be this bad? Should I go back to the clinic and make sure it isn’t something worse?
It might just be really bad. But idk
