So quick context.
Smoke weed since 18 now 27.
Vaped on and off and currently on.
Was on medical leave from surgery and spent alot of time in bed for 5 months.
Laid in bed for about 5 months just playing video games and vaping alot.
I have adhd and it's a sensory thing for me.
And like I have allergies too. And I used to be alot healthier and skinnier about 1.5 years ago.
And now I'm not really active
My breathing is horrible and I'm loosing my health insurance with 0 co pays at the end of the month as I'm older now and they're taking me off my mom's insurance at the end of this month.
I noticed about over a month ago my breathing was getting bad but I didn't stop vaping.
Im trying not to vape today. I vaped a little but I put it away In a drawer because I know i throw it out rn and I want a quick hit I'll buy another.
And so my appointment is Wednesday before my insurance runs out. I never feel like I have enough air. I feel like my core got really weak laying in bed with my neck and shoulders hunched up for hours playing mobile games and looking at the screen like 10 hours a day. So I'm trying to belive it's from being out of shape but I also felt like I had to catch my breath randomly today when walking to my car which was weird. And I feel like I need a breath between sentences and im just so consciously aware of my breathing.
I feel better if I sit and lean foward a little. But if I bend down I can't breath barely can. And i feel a tightness on both sides of my torso.
Im hoping this not a vape related permanent injury. I saw a video of this girl who got this permanent problem and she's always out of breath.
I also have a deviated septum diagnosed about 8 years ago when I felt like it was hard to breath but it's different today and harder than I can remember especially when my core/abs are activated
