What in God's name is wring with my shoulder?

So I was on the phone with my girlfriend and walked into the bathroom to brush my teeth when I saw this bruise/hickey looking line on my shoulder, no idea what it is or where it came from, anyone got any legitimate ideas or something, and should I be concerned?
