I’ve always been pretty unfit, and don’t get much exercise.
I do move a lot when I’m at work, I’m a registered nurse in a care of the elderly ward doing 3 12 hour shifts a week. Sometimes 4/5.
5”6, 200lbs, female.
When I walk about the ward, or anywhere, my heart rate goes up to about 100-110.
Upon exertion, it goes much higher. I walked up a flight of stairs in Edinburgh, about 40 steps total, and my heart rate went up to 161.
I ran up 20 stairs to catch a train, and it went up to 140. I could barely breathe.
My normal resting heart rate is between 90 to 100 BPM.
I have low folic acid if that helps.
