A few weeks ago I pulled muscles in my right shoulder working out and in somehow also injured my elbow. At the time it was very severe, I could barely move my arm and when I gripped anything my entire wrist forearm and elbow would flair up in pain. Now my shoulder and elbow are constantly sore. Certain motions cause the shoulder to flair up, and excessive gripping or lifting causes the elbow and wrist to regress as well. I w read up on tennis elbow and there is arthritis in my family but I'm wondering if I perhaps did something more severe to my shoulder and elbow that I should get looked at.
