Hi all, I've had some issues with my stomach for some time now, and as time passes by, I more often wonder if I'm dealing with a possible bowel obstruction...

Over the course of months, I've been slowly (and at first without notice) losing my appetite more and more, dealing with more back and tummy pain seemingly out of nowhere, and when I pass stool, it's only small bits at a time.. (think small balls). I've recently started not being able to eat as much or as often and seemingly experience nausea right as I try to do so...

Does this sound like I may have an obstruction? Do y'all recommend immediate attention to this issue? Thanks so much in advance...
