I am someone who is moderately active, works out 2x a week, sleeps around 11pm getting 7-8hrs, but I usually feel tired midday and constant urge to nap.
Caffeine and energy drinks make me instantly sleepy, although I just drink coffee for taste but this effect is common in my family. I’ve even tried those herbal energy booster shots but to no avail. I did have longtime depression since childhood so wondering if that could be a factor despite generally feeling better now after personal healing.
I just want to feel more energized, so I’ll go to a clinic to see what could help, but just wanted to post here in case someone has a similar experience? I know there could be many factors: environmental, genetic, lifestyle etc. but just curious!
