I've visibly damaged my eye ball.

Was grinding without safety glasses like an idiot and caught some sparks straight into the eye. I can see some visible damage can this wait for an optometrist tomorrow or should I hit the ER tonight?

Just an update for everyone.
I do have some metal inside my eye. I have an appointment with a surgeon tomorrow to have it removed. They said it will be fast, outpatient, with no restrictions after just some antibiotics.
