Dark red tiny dots all over arms (not a rash)

Does anyone know what these are? Sometimes they’re faint, sometimes they’re obvious, sometimes there’s a lot of them, sometimes there’s hardly any I have absolutely no idea what they are? Only really PMH is folic acid deficiency that’s it
