Dog bite from a month ago

Wound will not fully heal. Minimal pain but lightly sensitive to touch on the ring around scab. I’ve removed the scab twice. First was after 2 weeks and it was healed enough underneath so no bleeding. Scab formed again and removed that one a couple days ago and same thing no bleeding. Scab formed again and it’s like there’s been no improvement. Ring around scab is lifted
