I'm not sure what to do anymore. I'm in so much pain my back hurts all the time lower back uper back neck shoulders. I feel like crying because it's bad. They did an xray of my lower back it showed mild arthritis it doesn't make sense how does mild arthritis cause this much pain. I used to be able to stand for a full 4 hour shift even an 8 hour one with just pain in my feet but now I've gone from not being able to stand a four hour shift to not being able to stand for 2 hours without extreme pain. The pain is always there less at times but there. And it's not just my spine are that hurts my whole back hurts.

I know also have muscle weakness wasn't there before started a few weeks ago it isn't all the time but sometimes I try to pick up my arm and it's so hard just doesn't feel right or walking harder at times. Sometimes it's both arms and legs at the same time and I notice when I'm walking or trying to work.

I just don't understand I have so much wrong and no answers. What do I do how do I get the right tests I need to figure this out. I don't even know the tests to ask for.
