20F slightly above average weight, about 5’5, usa i smoke weed, vape, and drink heavily probably every 4-5 weeks. The past few weeks i’ve been getting these heart palpitations, i can feel my heartbeat in my throat. Now i know i’m treating my body poorly and trust me i’m trying to stop, i’ve been smoking weed and vaping for about 5 years. i’ve only been drinking for 2 and it’s only been regular this year other than that i’d drink maybe 3 times a year if that. I counted my resting beats per minute and it’s about 82 bpm every time. What happens though is it beats normal, then stops for half a second maybe less, then beats kinda fast, then slows and repeats. It also only does this at night. Should i go to the doctor?
