stung by ants (i think)

ive been stung by ants or some other insect on my toes, in the beggining it just kinda hurt but after some twenty minutes, as im typing this my entire body is itching and burning some areas from my waist up have begun to kinda swell like more bites tho theres literally nothing on me. i dont think this is normal and i also dont know if i shoudl see adoctor please help
